Privacy Policy

1. 1

   Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details when you create an account, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited to keep the website working and secure.

2. 2

   How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, manage your account, send order updates, and — if you have opted in — send offers and news. We may also use it to improve our website and services and to prevent fraud.

3. 3

   Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure payment page. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. 4

   Sharing Your Information

We share information only where needed to provide our services — for example with delivery partners, installation teams and payment providers — or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. 5

   Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

6. 6

   Your Choices and Rights

You can update your account details at any time, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email, and contact us to ask about, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law.

7. 7

   Cookies

Our website uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart and wishlist. We will tell you if we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies.

8. 8

   Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
