Warranty Policy
Our equipment is covered by a manufacturer or Emma Fitness warranty. The warranty period for each product is shown on its product page.
What's Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, and damage caused by incorrect installation or use outside the manufacturer's guidelines are not covered.
How to Make a Claim
Contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or a video if possible. Our team will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement of parts, or another suitable solution.
