Return Period
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Customized items and equipment that has been installed may not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm whether the item is eligible and arrange collection or drop-off.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
